Is the Good News (Gospel) of the Kingdom of God (or Heaven) stronger than the strongholds of the domain of darkness (kingdoms of the world)?
Why does Jesus describe overcoming (some versions use "binding") a strong man? Is Jesus proclaiming that the power of the good news of the Kingdom of God has bound Satan? That it overcomes the kingdoms and strongholds of the world ... where for a short time Satan has been permitted domain?
